All Dink Dynasty Clinics, Tournaments, etc require registration up front.
You must checkout on this site like any other online order, however your credit card will NOT be charged at the time.
Rather, your credit card will have a hold placed on it, also know as a pre-authorization for the amount of the event you are attending.
All participants are expected to bring and pay cash on the day of the event.
The hold/pre-auth will automatically release after the event, there’s no manual releasing required (this prevents mishaps from simple forgetfulness)
If someone is registers and either (A) Does not show up or (B) Cancels after the allowed cancellation window (and a replacement cannot be found) then their credit card WILL be charged for the amount plus a 5% service fee.
No shows and late cancellations significantly affect both the quality of the event and increase the costs of the people running it and so this policy at least helps keeps costs covered as they should be.
A no-show will also be given a warning and a second no-show will result in a 6 month ban from all Dink Dynasty events.
Late cancellations will not be treated the same as life happens and late cancellations will be a fact of life.
Cancellation policy is generally (but, may vary by event): Cancelling with 72+ hours of notice will not be charged. Late cancellations will only be charged if a replacement participant cannot be found in time for the event.
