Any refunds will be a credit by default. If you prefer to have the money refunded please message.
Any cancellations made by the host because of not enough players or due to weather will be credited.
Cancelling with 48+ hours of notice will give you a credit for a future game.
Dropping out of the game does not equal canceling, you must also message the host.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be credited or refunded unless a replacement can be found in time for the game.
No-shows without notice will be issued a warning and after repeat offense will no longer be invited to Dink Dynasty Games. A no-show is considered someone who does not notify the group or host at all. Last minute emergencies happen, but please send a quick message when you can and you won’t be considered a no-show.
If less people arrive than needed to play a game (3) then the 3 who showed up will be credited, the 2 no shows will not.
