IMPORTANT: Do NOT submit the scores to DUPR. I will do that under the club name (Dink Dynasty).
Please be considerate of others’ time and aim to show up 15-20 mins early so that you can be ready for on time play. Even if you know the way, Google maps is never a bad idea to avoid construction or traffic.
There’s no need to check in at the front desk, just proceed down the hallway, all courts are at the end of the hallway on the right. If anyone asks at the front, just tell them what court you’re on and that’s it’s paid for.
If your court or another is free you can warm up early.
If you are running late, use the Chat in the game to let the other’s know!
In order to get 10 games in it’s suggested you play to 9, win by 1. This ensures everyone plays with and against everyone twice, allowing for a more fair session overall, especially with rated DUPR play.
The cell signal is poor so make sure you join the WiFi at ATC. The ID is Atlantic Tennis Centre and the password is atlantic
Players will be made “co-hosts” on the Pickleheads app before the game start.
To start the Round Robin, click the “Set Up” button on the game page.
If there are no shows, remove them now. Then start the round. Assuming all 5 people have showed up, it will generate 5 matches. You can play in any order, so if someone is running late just skip to a game where they are sitting off.
Once the 5 matches have completed, add a new round and repeat. You can then end the event to see results!
If you have any issues and cannot utilize Pickleheads, organize the round robin yourself and record names and scores then send them to me after, I can enter them into DUPR.
